2.1 Registration Eligibility

2.3 Single Account Policy

If the same person, the same household, or the same device is found to be operating multiple accounts or attempting to claim bonus benefits more than once, h bajee reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts and forfeit any accumulated balance.

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you notice any suspicious activity or suspect unauthorised access, you must notify the h bajee support team immediately.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on h bajee is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). All deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.

Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or a method that has been verified on the account. Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Payment Security

5.1 Bonus Terms

• A welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• If bonuses are misused or an attempt is made to claim them multiple times through multiple accounts, all benefits will be cancelled.

5.2 VIP Cashback Programme

h bajee's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Cashback is awarded at each tier based on weekly net losses.

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Example: a Silver tier member who incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive up to ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback. Cashback is credited directly to the account and is available for use immediately.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on h bajee:

• The account must have sufficient balance before participating in any betting activity.
• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled; however, h bajee may cancel a bet at its own discretion in certain circumstances.
• If a technical error results in an abnormal outcome, h bajee reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet or game round.
• All game outcomes are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer.

6.1 Sports Betting

h bajee offers betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup), football, basketball, and other sporting events. Live betting, multi-bet, and other options are available. A maximum bet limit applies to each event.

6.2 Odds and Payouts

All odds are displayed in decimal format. For example: if Team A's odds are 2.10 and Team B's odds are 1.75, then a ৳500 bet on Team B will return ৳875 (including ৳375 profit) if Team B wins; if Team A wins, ৳500 is lost. Odds and results are given as examples only — there is no guarantee of actual outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and engaging in any of them may result in account closure:

• Registering with a false or fake identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Using software, bots, or automation to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other users.

h bajee may temporarily suspend any account for investigation. If suspicious activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed and the associated balance will be forfeited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h bajee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. All gaming activity is conducted at the user's own judgement and risk.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. These terms are available in both English and Bangla — in the event of any conflict in interpretation, the Bangla version will take precedence.
